Mabuhay!=D

Welcome in English. Bienvenue in French. Willkommen in German. Benvenuto in Italian. Boa vinda in Portuguese. Recepción in Spanish. Lastly, Mabuhay in Filipino. This is my first post and I dont know what to say or to type rather. Today is April 6, Good Friday. I would just like to share the commercial ad that I saw a while ago on the Entertainment Channel.

superman.JPGSuperman a superhero, “The man of Steel”, has X-ray Vision, has super-strengths, super-skills and super-hearing, is invilnerable to fire, knife or bullet, “The power of Flight” and saves mankind in times of danger —–FICTION.

batman-04.jpgBatman a superhero, He possessed a high (but still human) level of strength, agility, and speed. He augmented his skills with a arsenal of specialized tools and weaponry made available by his wealth and scientific acumen, Prominent among these were his specialized automobile, “the Batmobile”; and his “utility belt”, which contained specialized chemical pellets, grappling hooks with retractable lines, and “the Batarang” (a specialized boomerang of his own design), saves mankind from evil—– FICTION.spiderman.jpgSpider-man, a superhero, your friendly neighborhood, can attach himself to basically anything, including moving objects like trucks and the bottoms of bat-gliders, can also use this power to hold objects and things, can move and react several times faster than an ordinary human, he uses strength with his spider-sense and speed in combat, making him extremely hard to surprise, harder to hit, and even harder to withstand, saves the day from danger—– FICTION.

jesus_christ_crucified.jpgJesus Christ a superhero, “Son of God”, “the Messiah” human and divine, a master and a servant, carried and died on the cross, possessed unconditional love, saves us from sins for our salvation—– NON-FICTION.

Jesus Christ should be the greatest superhero of our lives. He is real and definitely here for us every time we need him. Just say a little prayer and you’ll be enlightened. That is the best heroic act that we should be thankful and grateful of. Have a blessed and meaningful Holy Week. “There is no greater Love than to lay down your life for a friend.” -John 15:13
