way back into love…

I’ve been living with a shadow overhead
I’ve been sleeping with a cloud above my bed
I’ve been lonely for so long
Trapped in the past, I just can’t seem to move on

I’ve been hiding all my hopes and dreams away
Just in case I ever need em again someday
I’ve been setting aside time
To clear a little space in the corners of my mind
All I want to do is find a way back into love
I can’t make it through without a way back into love
Oh oh oh

I’ve been watching but the stars refuse to shine
I’ve been searching but I just don’t see the signs
I know that it’s out there
There’s got to be something for my soul somewhere
I’ve been looking for someone to shed some light
Not just somebody just to get me throught the night
I could use some direction
And I’m open to your suggestions

All I want to do is find a way back into love
I can’t make it through without a way back into love
And if I open my heart again
I guess I’m hoping you’ll be there for me in the end
There are moments when I don’t know if it’s real
Or if anybody feels the way I feel
I need inspiration
Not just another negotiation

All I want to do is find a way back into love
I can’t make it through without a way back into love
And if I open my heart to you
I’m hoping you’ll show me what to do
And if you help me to start again
You know that I’ll be there for you in the end

Way back into love by Hugh Grant and Haley Bennett is the official sountrack of Music and Lyrics starring Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore… I fell inlove with this song the moment I heard it. I don’t literally relate to the song perse but for me, the lyrics is beautiful… so if you would like to listen here it is:

blink of an eye.

I have been thinking of what to post right now… I remembered last night upon going home, when I was on the jeep the song played was KISAPMATA by Rivermaya. I dedicate this song to my JAPAN JAPAN friends (Wendy, Rachel and Marice) hahaha… I decided to translate this in English for a change. So here it is:

Just this day
You were so sweet
With your eyes looking perfectly to mine
Just this day
You made a promise that there will be no one against us

Your love faded so fast
It is just like a blink of an eye or maybe better than that
A while ago, you are just there but how come you’ve gone so fast
You are so better that a blink of an eye

A while ago
You just said the most beautiful thing about “US” being together forever
A while ago
My life was so blissful but then it suddenly breakdown and collapsed

A while ago
You were so sweet
A while ago
We were so great
A while ago
It so beautiful
A while ago
We were so happy

This is the Filipino version so you can judge my translation skills heheh… =D

Nitong umaga lang,
Pagka lambing-lambing
Ng iyong mga matang
Hayup kung tumingin.
Nitong umaga lang,
Pagka galing-galing
Ng iyong sumpang
walang aawat sa atin.

O kay bilis namang
Maglaho ng
Pag-ibig mo sinta,
Daig mo pa ang isang kisapmata.
Kanina’y narlang o ba’t
Bigla namang nawala.
Daig mo pa ang isang kisapmata.

Kani-kanina lang,
Pagka ganda-ganda
Ng pagkasabi mong
Sana’y tayo na nga.
Kani-kanina lang,
Pagka saya-saya
Ng buhay kong
Bigla na lamang nagiba

kani-kanina lang
pagkalambing lambing
kani-kanina lang
pagkagaling galing
kani-kanina lang
pagkaganda ganda
kani-kanina lang
pagkasaya-saya

If you want to sing along here’s for you:

never leave behind regrets…

I had read this poem and it struck my heart… I would just like to share it with you… so here it is:

Too often we don’t realize
what we have until it is gone;

Too often we wait too late to say
“I’m sorry – I was wrong.”

Sometimes it seems we hurt the ones
we hold dearest to our hearts;

And we allow foolish things to tear our lives apart.

Far too many times we let
unimportant things into our minds;

And then it’s usually too late
to see what made us blind.

So be sure that you let people know
how much they mean to you;

Take that time to say the words
before your time is through.

Be sure that you appreciate
everything you’ve got;

And be thankful for the Little Things
in Life that mean a lot.

Growing old
is a privilege denied
to many…

Never leave behind regrets

unfair,,,

Unfair is when you had given your best and still left you behind

Unfair is when you had been true to her and all you had were lies and promises

Unfair is when you choose her over anybody else and choose another one over you

Unfair is when you never ask her to stay but she promised she will and later on walk away

Unfair is when she had moved on and you were left stranded

UNFAIR isn’t it???

rubik’s…

They say Life is like a Rubik’s Cube, there are innumerable wrong twists and turns… but when you get it right, it looks perfect no matter which side you look at…

Brief Background: A Rubik’s Cube has nine square facelets on each side, giving fifty-four facelets in total, and occupies a volume of twenty-seven unit cubes. Typically, the faces of the cube are covered by nine stickers in six solid colours; there is one colour for each side of the the cube. When the puzzle is solved, each side of the cube is a solid colour. The cube celebrated its twenty-fifth anniversary in 2005, when a special edition cube in a presentation box was released, featuring a sticker in the centre of the white face (which was replaced with a reflective surface) with a “Rubik’s Cube 1980-2005″ logo.Reference: www.wikipedia.org

I have been busy on trying to find out how to solve the Rubik’s cube… but I end up only solving the base layer…

Here are some pictures:

image009.jpgimage007.jpgimage006.jpg

image005.jpgimage004.jpgimage000.jpg

I have solved all the colors but I cant solve the whole puzzle… =(I can’t continue to the first layer and I don’t know why…Maybe I m just stuck on the things I know… I m afraid in moving forward and disarrange what I have solved, afraid of discovering new things, afraid to take chances and afraid of encountering another wrong twists and turns–failure.

I should and I must learn how to face failure because from there I can be a better person, enough to make me survive in the future or maybe now… on the present. In conquering any fear, in crossing any line and in choosing to walk in a road less traveled by, we can see a perfect view where in we can feel fulfilled and contented.

Maybe I just need someone to show me how to be brave… how to solve things and then eventually learn it more by myself… Someone who will not get tired and pissed off… Someone who will compliment with me… I believe everybody needs someone whom they can share things, rely on each other and just live with the company of each other. I know it’s a cliché but that’s the way it is.

Duds, my classmate promised to teach me how to solve the whole Rubik’s cube; I said he needs a lot of patience and patience and patience… (Did I just say the word patience 3 times? =D) We will have a tutorial on May 25, 2007. I hope I’ll learn how to solve it. I think it’s nerdy BUT cool. What do you think?

After solving the Rubik’s cube, I hope, eventually I can be brave enough to face failures in life.

Excess: I got my grades today… I m satisfied with it, my hard work paid off (did I work hard anyway? lol.)

questions..

If, another should come, who's finer than me
And she wanna take your love away, would u leave?
Baby please answer these questions

Have you ever uttered these questions to someone you love the most?

Did they answer back?

I bet if they, they would answer NO…

But as time pass… You would just discover… without any words… simply actions…

That they did…

Without any warnings… Without any precautions…

You would just end up shocked, hurt and ALONE!

for appreciation…

May 16, 2007In our PSTL class, one group taught us about the art of henna tattoo.“Staining the nails, skin and hair with henna is the favorite way of enhancing beauty amongst women in the

Middle East. It is used as both a hair treatment as well as a dye to make decorative designs on the skin. Henna cosmetics are made from the Egyptian evergreen plant, Lawsonia inermis, whose shoots and leaves yield an extract which is mixed with catechu, an astringent substance obtained from various trees and shrubs. Arabians crush dried berries from this plant to obtain a red powder.Black henna (saumer) is reserved for the soles of the feet and hands while red henna is used for the tips of the fingers and toes. It involves the additional use of another paste made from powdered lime (nura) and powdered crystal amoniac (shanadah). The orange markings then turn black and then remain on the skin for about twenty or thirty days. Both red and black henna can commonly be purchased from international grocery stores.” Reference: http://www.bdancer.com/med-guide/suppl/henna.htmlAs their evaluation, they asked us to do henna tattoo, one representative for each group and then there will be a parade for the presentation. I was surprised when two of my male classmates choose my name as their design. I was so delighted of what they did so I took pictures of those. Here it is: mikosci-130.jpg Kaiser- He was the representative of their all-men group. This is his back. All my classmates where shouting when he ramped and it made me feel appreciated. I don’t know what that was for but I hope it was not just for laughs. He is the Johnny Bravo of the class… mikosci-131.jpgMicheal- He is a member of Kaiser’s group. He just showed his hand to me and there was even a punch line comparing himself to Kaiser. I can’t recall it but I believe it made me smile. He never fails to great me good morning.

These two guys are always calling me and they will ask me to smile. lol. They give life to the class. If they weren’t our classmates, maybe our block will be boring (as what my other classmates said). That simple thing made me feel appreciated. I just want you to know that you are very much appreciated..=D Thanks Guys…=D

just a thought.

You don’t have the right to regret or get hurt for the things you didn’t actually laid your hands on, meaning, you didn’t exert an effort or you didn’t do something at all…

It’s better to lose a part of your being may it be your pride or whatsoever, as long as you did something… who knows, it may end up to be the most intelligent and worth it thing that you did.

 I want to make friends
I want to smile more often
I want to restore my normal breathing pattern
 I want to improve myself
I want to be what you want
I want to be not what you want
 I want to be appreciated
 I want to be loved
 I want to be happy
I want everybody to be contented
I want everybody to be satisfied
 I want to be understood
 I want to please you
 I want to be confident
 I want to fly
I want to do whatever I want without anyone thinking negatively
 I want peace
 I want sweet dreams
 I want “good mornings”
I want someone who can talk to me without thinking about time
I want someone who will accept everything about me
I want someone to not ask for more
I want the truth even if it hurts
 I want longer time
 I want consistency
 I want a hug (seriously)
 I want a LIFE!!!
