Tony Stark: I never got to say goodbye to my father. There’s questions I would’ve asked him. I would’ve asked him how he felt about what his company did, if he was conflicted, if he ever had doubts. Or maybe he was every inch of man we remember from the newsreels. I saw young Americans killed by the very weapons I created to defend them and protect them. And I saw that I had become part of a system that is comfortable with zero-accountability.

Why do people decide to kill themselves?
Reasons can be as profound or as gibberish as they can be. For most, it is a portal of escape. Escape to their terminal illness, suffering, unrequited love, lonesome, grief, fears, and monotony.
For some, it is an “attention-seeking” strategy. (I am definitely against this one.)

Okay, So, I missed to post my PhotoHunt last Saturday because I was on vacation.
This picture was taken last May 2008 at the iBlog4, UP Malcolm Hall (see my previous post). This is my comfy shoes but since flip flops are now in, I barely use it anymore. Guess what? I haven’t washed it since I bought it last 2005 (I think). Well, Chuck Taylor’s are more beautiful when it’s worn-out right? As for the smell? Hmmm… It’s STILL not bad. LOL! If you look closely, the back part of the shoe is worn-out, distressed and faded; it’s the style of the shoe. At it’s side and front, there was a tinged of bluish color, roughly painted to create a dirty look. I bought it because of its vintage style.
I once have a dream, and I am still on it now, it is to have a Chuck Taylor shoes collection. I am a shoe addict! In fact, ever since I was a child, my mom would by me shoes, which are of the good kind and brand.

I got the right theme now. LOL! The problem is, I posted it late. Nevertheless, its BETTER LATE THAN NEVER…

I woke up at 8:00AM today just to watch the Live American Idol Season 7 Finale at StarWorld.
The fact above is impossible during ordinary days.
Well, I knew it. David Cook will win.
Hyperventilating, Cold clammy palms, experiencing Tachycardia (Increased cardiac rate)… The winner was announced then poof!

Congratulations David Cook!!!
He won by 12 Million votes ahead of David Archuleta. He had 56% of the total votes.
One thing I learned about him was he is also left-handed like me. Lefties indeed are WINNERS!
And, I also won in our bet. LOL!

MANILA, Philippines–The rainy season has officially started this week, according to the weather bureau.
The wet season usually begins on the fourth week of May but with La Niña conditions persisting in the country, the start of the rainy season came a week early, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Cold weather doesn’t stop me from enjoying a yummy serving of Halo-Halo.

I am a frustrated blogger for I wasn’t able to attend the Little Losers event at Bonifacio Highstreet even though my brother signed me up for the event due to my schooling (again). Nevertheless, I would still blog about it, not really about the event but about David and Goliath.
