LITTLE LOSERS David and Goliath IMITATIONS
I am a frustrated blogger for I wasn’t able to attend the Little Losers event at Bonifacio Highstreet even though my brother signed me up for the event due to my schooling (again). Nevertheless, I would still blog about it, not really about the event but about David and Goliath.
I was doing shopping with my mom at 168 (yeah right, who doesn’t? LOL!) when I come across this cute t-shirts hanged in one of the stores there. However, one thing that caught me was, the shirt’s design was familiar having been window-shopping at SM, TriNoma and Robinson’s Mall. It was a the design from David and Goliath. Here’s the Picture:
Looks family (intended to make you laugh) right? LOL!
Here’s the original one:
Can you spot the difference?
I think the difference of it to the original was the texture of the fabric, color, brand and fit of the shirt. To add, THE PRICE.
Anyway, It is a stolen shot afraid that the sales lady will caught me and I believe it is prohibited, while my mom is busy buying her pants. My mom knew David and Goliath for she attended the event. She laughed when I told her. They sell it for 200php only. The brand name was “Classics”.
Strolling to the mall, many people are now wearing shirts designed by David and Goliath but the question is, is it authentic or not? You can’t blame people from patronizing imitations for it is cheap compared to the real prices ranging from 900 to 1000+ php.
I was once been fooled by one store inside the Robinson’s Department store again with the David and Goliath designs only now it is cheaper with a price of 160php. The brand name was “Whatever” in case you want to check it out. I was with Jeric back then. Luckily, I changed the design of the shirt I bought for I don’t want to be wearing imitation shirt that is obviously and imitation and that many people are wearing. I don’t want to be caught in the dilemma of bumping into a stranger with the same shirt design.
No, I am not against pirated stuffs because I myself patronize some.
Beware of imitations. You might be fooled. Some might took advantage and sell you t-shirts “like” David and Goliath’s with the same price but not the original one. Indeed, piracy is very rampant! Can you think of anything in mind that doesn’t have imitations yet? Comment me you answer.
Just a friendly reminder from your blogger neighborhood. (imitating Spider-man’s line)
That’s my yougest cousin by the way, Lance.
