We gonna party coz its my BIRTHDAY!

I kept telling myself that I live in a monotonous way. Every day is exactly the same but what is so special about today? Well… I just turned a year older today and definitely, it is not the same as yesterday. I was given another year to spend my life with my loved ones— with everybody, another year to be better and another chance to make things right.

I want to make this post somewhat unique but I can find ways on how to do it. A year ago, I didn’t have my debut because I have tight schedule in school. I was busy having my duty and taking care of a post-CVA patient at FEU-NMRF hospital. I was feeding him, cleaning him and changing his diapers nevertheless, I felt fulfilled because I have helped and I was able to give care to others. I had my post-birthday celebration with my classmates and cousins and it was also fun…=)

Anyways this year, my pre-birthday celebration was spent with my beloved group mates (154 the second) we went to a massage center and then they surprised me with cake and a bouquet of flowers (so beautiful!) Yes I was totally surprised because the real plan was I am the one treating them and so after that, we went to Dampa, Cubao for dinner… It was my time to treat them. They said they enjoyed the food and they were so bloated, I said I was so surprised and I really felt beautiful with the surprise… LOL! Thank you very much my dearest 154! It was such a PER-FOR-MANCE!=) *ding ding ding ding…

For my “real” birthday celebration and that is today, well… my mother prepared something for food… palabok, kare-kare (yummy! my favorite…), maja blanca and HALO-HALO in such a cold weather. Beat that!=p I attended mass and I am now in front of my laptop narrating what had happened today. A lot of people greeted me through text and online. I was even touched by the text brigade Red Cross Youth- FEU chapter have done (thank you RCYC!).

For my post-birthday celebration, oh well… I am looking forward to that. Hopefully I can party in a bar with my friends…=)

My mom said that I was born with a typhoon and nineteen years after, It was also the same (Hi Igme!=D). I believe that it symbolizes blessings and more blessings to come. Isn’t that great?

Some of my friends remembered but some of them seemed to forget. I am still waiting for them and they have 30 minutes more. LOL! Oh well, it’s OK. I would like to share with you some unique greetings that I have received but I won’t tell you on who’s the sender for privacy purposes. Here are they:

Compared to last year, my birthday today is more fruitful because I really felt that this is my day. Thank you everyone for making this day worth remembering! Until next year…=)
